Feb 6 | Baird's Tavern Night, with JIm Quinlan | 7-10PM
It has been such a fun evening for everyone - especially with David Sherfey's really drinkable beer. This year he has six different varieties, like Saison, or Dryhop Pale Ale, and Moon Pie Mardi Gras Imperial Stout! If that isn't enough we have delicious food from Restaurants - Yesterday's is doing their Beef Stew which is always gone in a flash. Charlottes Tea Room is making her famous scones. The newest Restaurant, Blarney Station, is cooking chicken wings. Noble Pies is making quiches and sweet bites for dessert. Caterer Ed Fava is presenting his outstanding chicken pot pie. and MORE! The Society's volunteers always cook fabulous things. Kale and sausage, Black beans and rice, macaroni and cheese (how's that for comfort food), Shelly's famous chocolate chip cookies. And MORE. Jim Quinlan plays the piano for the evening The cost is $25.00 per person. It's not dinner but there is plenty of food to fill you! Wine, soft drinks and mulled cider. Unless there is a blizzard, we'll be keeping the door open for you. Bring friends - it really is a great way to spend a winter's evening. Reservations are not necessary but appreciated so we know how much food to prepare. 'Til next Saturday, stay warm!. February 6th from 7 - 10 pm Baird's Tavern, 105 Main Street, Warwick 845 986-3236 or e-mail:whs@warwick.net |
