10:00 Lake stocking by Pequest and start of Fishing Derby
10:15 Venomous snake talk with Laurie Day (Space) Live snakes.
11:00 Birds of Prey talk with Dick Wilson in the Interpretive Center. Live Birds.
11:30 Search Dog demo with V.T.P.D Officer Bill Gephard and Miranda the Bloodhound. Also assisted by H.P.D Officer Titus and Bloodhound Jenna.
12:00 Fishing Birds talk with Giselle Smisko in the Interpretive Center.
12:30 Lost in the Woods/ Bear aware with Chief Ranger Thayer in the Interpretive Center.
1:15 Award and Prize Ceremony.
2:00 Where and when to find eagles on the Delaware with John Lokuta, With an arts and crafts project. Lots of fun for the kids.
2:30 Sheriff’s Dept. K-9 unit demo with Sgt. Ellicott and Officer Bork.
N.J.S.P Dare Officers will be on hand throughout the day.
Smokey Bear and McGruff the crime dog will be on hand throughout the day.
The Army, Navy and Marine Corps will also be on hand with various military equipment.
