Lisa Rice has been a full-time Licensed Real Estate Representative for seven years, and the top producer for Claudia Vaccaro Real Estate for 2001 and 2002. In addition to providing a high-level of client service for sellers and buyers, Lisa is the relocation coordinator providing assistance to those clients either relocating to Warwick or relocating from Warwick to anywhere in the world!
Prior to becoming a real estate representative, Lisa spent eight years working in both marketing and corporate relocation for a Fortune 100 firm in New York City. Lisa has a bachelor of arts degree from Baruch College where she graduated cum laude.
Lisa has made her home in Warwick for nearly ten years, and resides with her husband and two children in the Town of Warwick. She is also active in the school system and community, serving as the director of the St. Stephen’s Sunday Preschool Program, and is a contributing writer for the Warwick Dispatch.
Through her familial obligations, Lisa has developed a vast knowledge of the school system, including pre-school and recreational educational programs, and is an asset to any family relocating to the Warwick area.
