| Biography Louis Fatta works in steel using a variety of welding techniques, mainly oxyacetylene for use in cutting and welding. He works from large gauge steel plate and I-beams cutting a variety of silhouetted images. His work involves the environment formed by the automobile and explores its relationship with nature. The sculptures are presented as artifacts enduring time which seek to atone themselves with nature. The work will withstand the elements, making them ideal for outdoor exhibit n slate or stone within a garden setting. |
