We experience the real, loving presence of Jesus in the celebration of the sacraments. The grace we receive in each one of the sacraments strengthens us in our calling to allow Christ to live and through us for others.
St. Stephen's Parish, as a community of faith, strives to achieve its mission as "building a community of faith around the Table of the Lord." The Eucharist strengthens our love for one another and calls us to create a community where that love is made real in our service to all our brothers and sisters.
While our church is truly beautiful, and the atrium provides us with excellent gathering space, we know that it is only our "welcoming" attitude and genuine friendliness that makes Christ come alive in our worship.
The dedication of countless people, in numerous ministries arounf the Table of the Lord, makes our Liturgy a celebration. |
